Kirby Grindalythe and Duggleby Parish Council has requested a Community Governance Review to abolish the Parish Council and form two separate Parish Meetings The views of the public would be sought on this proposal.

It is not considered that the proposals to abolish Kirby Grindalythe and Duggleby Parish Council and form two separate Parish Meetings will exclude any groups.
